Will and his team have been excellent. The men are pleasant and helpful. They arrive when they say they will and complete the work leaving the job tidy and well finished. We have already engaged them for further jobs. The quotes are quotes and not estimates which is a real bonus. Would recommend them for any work inside or out.

We have recently used the services of William Bennett Construction to complete our single storey, with vaulted ceiling extension to the rear / side of our house. From the first meeting to obtain a quotation, Bill and Luke showed reassuring amounts of knowledge regarding our proposed build. They used our architects drawings to create a detailed quotation and answered all of our questions, in depth regarding the process of building and payments. From the onset of the build, the team worked well and were a great bunch to have about, polite, cheerful and with a ‘nothing’s too much trouble’ attitude. The final build we are very pleased with, we would definitely use WBC again.

Can't recommend enough! Luke came round really quickly to quote and included a couple extra jobs that weren't even mentioned in the initial ad. He was happy to do everything no matter how minor a job it may have been and they were able to start almost with no delay after we'd agreed everything. On the first day they came across an issue that could never have been known about until the original decking had been removed and to us it was really difficult not to panic because it seemed like such a big problem!! Will came back to see us that evening even after he'd finished for the day to go through it all with us. He wasn't phased by it at all, didn't build it up to be a bigger issue than it was and on the 2nd day he'd got it all sorted and got most of the decking down as if there had never been a problem to begin with!! Luke kept in touch with us the whole time and always replied to messages and calls even if they were late in the evening after he'd gone home and always kept us updated as it went along. A bit of mis-communication from us meant that there was one last thing to sort after the guys had finished. Will came back the next morning without any complaint and got it all sorted for us. Luke, Will and the guys are a credit to William Bennett. I work with builders and Trades people everyday and they really are some of the friendliest, hard-working guys I've come across. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again!!

I would highly recommended this company, they went above and beyond to and excelled in the finish of our adapted extension, they overcome numerous unforeseen circumstances and were always professional and friendly. We will miss their help and support and have already recommended them to family and friends. They spent time at the end of each day to leave our home as clean as possible considering we were having a huge adaptation and they worked so well with our disabled children and local authorities to achieve the end goal. Please feel free to contact us for pictures or any other advise as this is far the best building company we have come across and we have had extensions on other properties. We would also like to thank Luke the project manager who was fantastic throughout the whole process and always answered the phone and was happy to make changes along the way.

I cannot praise this company enough! They are very professional - the office staff are very efficient - Faith (the lady who dealt with my enquiry kept me updated with times and informed me how work was progressing) - which was brilliant. Luke quoted for the garden work and arrived at the time agreed - which was also brilliant! William and his team arrived early to carry out this work (I had requested this) - they arrived on time - they were very polite and professional. They worked extremely hard (in this awful heat) - carried out all the work I had requested - and removed all the garden rubbish - not a twig was left lying around and my garden looks amazing! As I said cannot praise this company enough - absolutely brilliant!

excellent workmanship from 5 very hard working lads working on a hot sweltering day,completed the work within a day what should have took 2 to 3 days to complete,very happy with the transformation of my garden.

My wife and I both agreed that Bennett’s was the firm we wanted and we were both right.From day one the work was attacked by an army of men who had the footings out in a day. The build was only slowed down by the English weather, however this did not slow them by much and the entire extension was completed in 12 weeks. That includes laying a new patio,flooring throughout downstairs and a new fence. All the guys that worked on the project William,Luke,Scott,Richie,Carl,Steve,Mac,Will,Tom and of course Damo (if I have missed anyone I am sorry but your enthusiasm, help and knowledge got us to where we are.) I would not hesitate in recommending William Bennett Construction to anyone and if I need any thing else building wise I would ring them first Thanks again you were outstanding. If anyone would like to see there work I’m sure they would be happy to bring you around to our home to see for yourselves.

The team were fantastic, friendly and very professional. William responded quickly and I had a quote within a day and an offer to start work within two days. Luke was very friendly and knowledgeable about the landscaping aspects of the job. They sorted the garden and gave advice about maintenance. Highly recommend! I am very pleased with their service and would use them again for future jobs.
