Very satisfied with Will, Luke and their team. It took 4 months over winter to complete the project using poor architectural drawings supplied but their knowledge and expertise overcame any issues that arose. Communication was excellent where we were updated regularly so we knew what was going on. They ensured everything was tidied up at the end of the day and the work was completed to an excellent standard. They also co-ordinated the plasterer, electrician and plumber so we didn’t have the stress of arranging them ourselves. We are very happy with the finished result and would happily recommend them, thanks guys 😊

I would highly recommend Luke and the team. They always kept me updated with timelines and were very professional. The standard of the finish was high and i was very happy with the end result.

Starting out I was very nervous about finding a company that would do the job we wanted and do it well, and I found them. We had a rear extension built to such a high standard and it was completed in just over 3 months with was brilliant. The group of lads were lovely, very friendly and very respectful. I felt at ease whenever I was around them and they was there to answer any questions I had. They always kept me updated on the build and any changes and went above to make our vision come true. Our build has turned out perfect and we cannot be more thrilled with how it looks. No doubt I would recommend using this company for any work that needs doing to friends and family and I would 100% use this company again for any work I need doing in the future.

I hosted my job on My Builder not knowing what to expect but within days Luke and Will had made contact to arrange a meeting to discuss our requirements. From the very start the knowledge and professionalism of Luke, Will and the team put us at ease as nothing is a problem that cant be overcome by these guys.Everything was taken out of our hands like liaising with Building control etc and sorted. The team are brilliant working across all trades, Steve (bricklayer/joiner) Sam (bricklayer) and Jamie (labourer) were always respectful of our situation and our neighbours, and of course our Cocker Spaniel Dexter. We now have an extension that is too nice to put any furniture in..... I would highly recommend William Bennett Construction to any one embarking on any project knowing that you will be in safe hands. A very good job done and a very good team.

Very good team,great to have people who were able to provide the new window along with doing the brickwork and plastering rather than having to contact separate people and try to fit everything together. Luke and his guys are friendly and professional,thoroughly answered questions,always arrived on time and cleaned up well before leaving. Definitely planning on hiring these guys again and I highly recommend them.

William Bennett Construction Ltd were easy to deal with from the initial call to the last goodbye. Great communication, fabulous tradespeople, capable, talented, respectable and VERY clean and tidy. I was consulted throughout the process and any questions welcomed and answered fully. They also provided me with electricians to quote and plumber if it had been required and even coordinated their works between themselves (a one stop shop! ) Yes they were not the cheapest quote but you get what you pay for :) would definately recommend. A good build was completed slightly over time due to supplier issues. A good working team with very high standards.

I was wary initially of placing such a large value job on MyBuilder, but I needn't have worried. WBC have built myself and my family our dream extension! The team, led by Luke and Will, have been an ever-present in our lives for the past 5 months and it's been a pleasure. A fantastic, knowledgeable team of perfectionist tradesmen...a client's best case scenario. WBC weren't the cheapest but came across the best at tender stage. Start on site was on time, the lads were always polite and friendly to us and our neighbours and the workmanship is second to none. Even my follow-on trades were coming in and singing their praises about the build quality. The lads worked well with other trades, were excellent dealing with the building inspector and always kept us well informed of progress and potential issues/changes. Sam (brickie), Steve (joiner) and Jamie (labourer) were always respectful of the fact we are a young family and that the works were directly connected to our functioning home. Works were planned around us and our 2 year old and safety barriers were used to keep us and our dogs safe, which we appreciated. The finished article was worth the wait, we now have an open plan living area with stunning new kitchen, a utility area and downstairs WC and a large double garage. I will add some photos shortly so you can see why we are so happy. Naturally I've asked them to return to do my driveway and garden and imagine they won't be the last items either. Thanks guys!
