Someone else came to diagnose it again, and it was just due to a faulty spark plug. I hope that is a genuine mistake due to insufficient knowledge.Answer from tradesperson:
This was on the advise of the baxi technical support line.the pcb was not operating properly at the time and I did have a discussion with the customer that the spark plugs would also need changing.if the pcb would have not been the main fault I would of reimbursed your money and fitted the spark plugs.i just hope the pcb does not prove faulty in the coming weeks. Adam was very efficient, very pleasant and polite and did a brilliant job. He plumbed in our new dual fuel cooker and tested everything to make sure it was ok (which turned out to be not so easy) with a cheery attitude at all times. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Adam and if the need arises in the future I would definitely make him my first port of call. He also ran new pipework to the radiator and checked it was all working correctly before he left. I would recommend Adam to family and friends.
