He was very helpful and set out our options at each stage. Our new pump is so quiet, we can’t even hear if! Review left on 8 Sep 2018Rating: 1 out of 5Cap Off 2 Radiators(Updated on 7 May 2025)Scammed me, beware. After Adam came to do a job, told me my tap was wobbly and overflow needed replacing. Charged me £250 to come back and fix this, but didn't do the job. He even cut my overflow pipe (still attached to the sink!) and filled it with putty which is now leaking. I wasn't able to check the job was completed until after I'd paid him due to not being at the property. I still have a wobbly tap and now have a damaged and leaking overflow. After I complained, he said he would fix it, failed to show up on 3 separate occasions, then sent his colleague to take pictures, then blocked me. He kept my money and now I have to pay for another plumber to fix the damage he has caused.Answer from tradesperson:
Hi there As you can see the good review was left in September 2018 but you changed the review in May 2025 because there was an issue with the same area in question but not the issues we attended to and fixed back in 2018,7 years difference and I will add we have done a number of jobs since this time for you. We always hold a years guarantee with workmanship and whatever the parts guarantee is, but this was a separate issue and you wanted us to fix free of charge, I said I would discount as a good will offer as you was a customer of ours even though we did not have to do this,but you decided to write a bad and wrong review,our reviews are fantastic so hopefully people see the truth in this.again sorry you feel like this and we couldn’t come to a agreement.
