    Landlords gas safety certificate
    Really great service. Came to do a landlords gas safety certificate and a boiler service. Clear communication and was able to come to the house at a day and time that suited. Arrived on time, very pleasant and professional. Competitive price. Would use again and would recommend. Thank you.

    Toilet making gushing noise at random times
    Very nice, professional, called when running late, nice and straight forward and seemed thorough. Would use again.

    Boiler fault
    £70 call out fee (15mins work) to be told I need a new boiler! He barely checked anything apart from a couple of valves. Just had a BAXI engineer complete the work who found the fault immediately and replaced the part. I certainly would NOT recommend ADAM and I can’t help feel he’s inexperienced. He was at the property for no longer than 15 mins, having done nothing and still charged me £70.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Iam all about customer service and putting my customers first but I won’t stand for liars unfortunately. £70.00 is my call out fee to investigate any no heat or hotwater issues . Which we agreed! It doesn’t matter if I’m there for 15 mins or 2 hours my price stays the same. And for the record I was there for half hour. You told me you had a few people out before me not being able to help as I turned up,because you have a Baxi power max.the boiler was locked out. I got the boiler working ,I also checked over the parts and issues I find a number of things wrong. So because this boiler is a nightmare in general and parts expensive this was my advise. CALL BAXI they will have parts on bored and send a powermax technician.(you called them in front of me) If not let us know and we can quote you for a new install as the appliance is old and quite a few things wrong. We left on good terms and my advice got you back a working boiler. Kind of baffled with the negative comment on good advice , got the boiler running , checked for faults (work took place ) and we agreed a call out fee. All the best Chris Many thanks Adam Wkch Md
