    Install 7 TRVs
    Adam and the team were very responsive, flexible and kept me informed of some time changes. They arrived in good time to complete the job, even quicker than I'd expected. Everything was done professionally and cleanly. They left the heating system working well and offered me some good overall advice. I will have no hesitation in using their services again, including some complementary expertise his broader team has. Highly recommended. Many thanks Adam.

    Hi Sam This was a free estimate that we was attending Not a job.We did arrange to come over but due to the no heat and hot water situation we was on that over run as I needed to get them up and running.     Radiators not warming up
    Sadly, after spending just under £1k for power flush and new pump in the spring, I have had to have the pump replaced again and another power flush. The pump was apparently a very cheap one (but probably sold on to me at a good profit) and the power flush clearly didn’t work properly as it had to be done again a few months later. I had called White Knights back shortly after the original power flush as one of my radiators was still not working. They refused to come and regarded it as ‘another job’. They saw no relation to my radiator not working with the new pump and power flush they did. Now that I’ve had someone reputable do the work again for me this week, I can confidently say that white knight over-charged and under-delivered.

    Hi there Colin Sorry we can’t really comment on this as you have left a disappointing negative comment recently but the job was carried over a year ago. You was a happy customer when we left and the the system was in good working order. The pump we installed was a middle range pump which you requested to keep the price down and we advised a high end pump to fit the age of your system.we never received anymore communication untill this review unfortunately,if there was we could of Come to a understanding generally with no charge.
