Was very pleased with the work done in my garden. My garden hasn't looked so good for years. And they cleared up and took away all the cutting etc. I can even see the garden steps. Thankyou. No 1.

I don’t know where to start. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of respect for my garden and ultimately for me.Paul Smith of no 1 tree surgeon has let me down from every aspect of the job I paid him for. He and his young brother had no respect for my plants and shrubs. When cutting the trees, he was throwing the long heavy branches all over my plants and shrubs. Consequently damaging some of them. Paul climbed on the fence and damaged it. As for the weeding and clearing dead plants, etc, I used a lot of water to make it easier to pull weeds taking the roots with, within a few days, everywhere was full of weeds again. Paul told me not to worry about the roots as he will put a special spay to kill the roots, that never happened. Paul left it to his young brother to finish the job, which he didn’t. He left ivy on the back fence, the large heavy slabs left all over the place, the heavy pots not in their place, left their large broken broom for me to dispose of, and left a large tub full of leaves and branches. The brother was in the back garden supposedly to finish the job, while I was with paul at the front while he trimmed my hedge. While that was done, his brother came to the front and said it’s all done. So I paid paul. I went to the back garden and found that the job wasnt done. I ran to the front but they had legged it. Since then, I’ve written to paul several times.I also emailed him to come back to finish.Its been 4 week now, I have not heard back. Disgraceful!

Hard working team, my garden was a lot of work but they still did a great job for a very good decent price. Will surely work with them again in the future!

Would definitely recommend Paul

Paul came to my fathers garden to cut the very overgrown grass, and my dad is very happy with the result. Paul worked hard and left the garden looking tidy and much improved. My father has arranged for him to come regularly to maintain the grass.

All great, nice and tidy job. Good lads who knew what they were doing and weren't afraid to get their hands dirty. Good price as well. Defo recommended and would probably call them back for more jobs.
