Luke has done an excellent job of stripping and painting our front door and redecorating our hallway, which was no small job given the condition the walls were in previously. Rob managed to fit the work in in the timescale we were hoping for. The attention to detail has been great, lots of filling and patching, and the result has exceeded our expectations. We would certainly contact Rob and Luke again, and will happily recommend them. Thanks again.

Rob quoted for this job best part of 8 months ago at the time Rob did say that he would not be able to start for 3-4 months which was fine be me as this would mean that it would be done in the summer allowing for everything to dry out and let me then coat the building with weather shield before the bad weather. Rob contacted me a couple of times to let me know that he hadn't forgotten me and that he would be in contact soon to start the job. Due to other work commitments Rob was later than I had hoped at starting the job which means now that I will not get to do the additional work that I have to do until the spring next year. Once the job was started Rob arrived as arranged and got straight to work, doing pointing is by its nature a very messy job but at the end of each day the whole place was left clean and tidy, the work was completed on time and to a good standard. Overall very pleased with the job.

This is the second time i have used Avonvale and i am pleased with the Decorating and Patio work carried out by Luke and Rob's Team. Thanks very much.

Very pleased with Rob and his team. High standard of work and completed on time within our tight deadline. Always accommodating and flexible with our requirements and were happy to adjust bits and bobs as required throughout the job. Good communication throughout so there were no surprises. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely use again.

Excellent work. Completed to a high standard with a minimum of fuss and disruption. Friendly, helpful and flexible. Always kept informed of the status of activities ( by a variety of means!) so always knew what as going on. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

Really fantastic! Cannot rate highly enough. Did exactly what he quoted plus more, went over and above what I expected and couldn't rate him high enough for anyone who wants a job doing professionally, quickly and for a reasonable price. Would definitely use his services again.

Excellent job by Luke and Mark. Friendly, courteous, patient and attention to detail. Made our house and next door look as good as new if not better. Highly recommended by both house owners.
