He was prompt and his work is to a good standard, we had to make decisions during the work due to the situation he uncovered. This was dealt with swiftly and patiently. He has since been consulted for some advice on further works and we look forward to contacting him again for these when the house is ready. We had a couple of unexpected issues which Dane found solutions to and ensured that we were comfortable with the work required to resolve them.
