I have held off leaving feedback for this job, as I thought there may have been I problem with the roof, as the wall appeared to be damp, but it would appear it was just drying out, it taking time due to the time of the year. I did ask Zack to come and take a look when he was in the area, but he hasn't as yet, obviously busy; never mind, I'd have had to chase him up again, if there had have been a problem. Overall, we are happy with the new flat roof; Zack was able to fit us in quite quickly, once I'd decided to use him. He turned up when he was supposed to, did a great job and left no mess or rubbish. Zack had advised that it would have been more cost effective to have our roof and the neighbour's roof done together as the garages are adjoining, which we did. I would have no problem in using West Midland Roof Care in the future or recommending them to others.

We was very satisfied with the work done by West Midlands roofing and they even cleaned up after they finish the roof the price was also very reasonable I would recommend them 9 out of ten every time

Zac came over and I agreed for him to carry out work on my flat roof after agreeing on what appeared to be a fair price. He claimed he carried out the work in my absence, I happily paid him. 2 weeks later when we had heavy rain the water started to leak in in the same area. I called Zack and asked him he could please come and have look. He agreed but never turned up. I called him on a number of occasions, but he now refuses to take my calls. I wish I had checked his work but unfortunately I can’t get up on roof. In the spirit of honesty and good will I shouldn’t have to climb up on roofs. Please do not be caught up with his sweet talk of him being a Christian with good morals. Total lies.

All done on the day we arranged and not leaking now, it’s been a couple of months. Happy with everything other than the guarantee offered - 25 years - just written on a bit of paper so in no way official.

Zack has done a great job, we now have a new roof which we are very grateful for. He gave a reasonable estimate, got the job done a few days earlier than planned, thankfully there was a gap in the rain!! It not only looks good and keeps us dry but the bathroom is warm again!! He's a lovely guy and I would definitely be using him again as well as recommending him to others. The job was left tidy. Thanks Zack

Overall did a good job. Very polite. Quick to respond. Cleaned up after job.

Zack and his team replaced two flat rooves and also replaced guttering/sofits etc. The job was carried out quickly and to a good standard by a lovely team.
