Very quick response, able to match my roof tiles and fix the issue

We were most impressed by west mid roofing. They contacted us quickly, came and gave us a quote, which was NOT the cheapest, but we felt that Zack would do the best work. He came within a week, completed the work and even though we haven't had enough rain to test his work, we feel confident he has cured our leaking roof. We would be happy to recommend Zack to anyone.

Zack came out very promptly to quote, on time and very very polite. We had been given a few quotes from other tradesmen and Zachs was a very competitive price. Agreed on a date and time and he and his partner arrived on time. Work was completed to a very high standard. Can not recommended enough. They even did 2 extra jobs which were more repairs to correct what another tradesmen had done for us. Thank you Both.

Very prompt service, just a small problem we had with leaky guttering. Has now been fixed, will have to wait until it rains to see if problem has been solved. I'm more than sure it has. Zack and his workmate were very friendly. Have kept his mobile no for any future work we may require.

Zack seems to be really busy and a little hard to pin down to a particular day and time but once agreed, he came round when expected. The repair was done quickly but the first rainfall showed the leak hadn't been fixed. I contacted Zack and he came back to sort this on a day he was in my area, 3 weeks later. All seems to be well now.

Very good job done by west midlands roof care. Replacement of a felt covered flat roof that had previously been leaking, new roof is looking great. Very solid job done, highly recommended
