Mark was brill, we were let down by a previous guy who was a no show. We wanted our kitchen floor & walls tiling. So time was of the essence due to time off work. Mark finished a previous job early so managed to fit us in to suit our needs. He was very prompt, reliable and reassuring. Nothing was a problem. The floor and walls look amazing, the jobs been done to a really high standard. Marks gone above and beyond to make sure we got the best service possible. We’re very happy and will definitely use Mark again.

Mark was here quickly to look at the job and quote. He is good and honest (rare but real) which means busy ! He did our relatively small job on a Sunday. No cons no shortcuts.. lovely bloke. Top job. Very grateful and got what we wanted (bathroom extractor fan) he is now a saved in our contacts 👍😎

Mark was the perfect tradesperson I have dealt with. His work was exceptional. He cleaned up after he had finished. I would highly recommend him. He was on time and got on with the job.

First class stone floor tiler! Mark was professional, tidy, hard working and diligent! Watching him work you could see he really took the time to do a professional job. He was helpful and honest and discussed every step with us. There were also lots of other tradesmen on site and mark worked around them. He’s easy going and easy to discuss things with! Highly recommended!

Unfortunately the workmanship was very poor. The tiler just randomly placed the tiles down without matching the design. He left cracked tiles & didn't replace them. There are floor tiles slightly raised. He removed the sink and toilet in the cloakroom. To place tiles down and put the sink back off centre and didn't even bother to fix the the toilet back properly. We have had another tiler since and he can't believe the level of poor workmanship. We chose the initial tiles and he said he could get a better quality elsewhere. We left him to it only to find the tiles were nothing like the ones we originally chose so he had to take them up and replace with the ones we originally wanted then we had to pay for his mistake as we then had to pay for two lots of tiles. We have saved a long time for this work to be done and it has cost us dear. I would and ciuld not ever recommend someone use this man for tiling or plumbing. I'm happy to provide pics of the poor workmanship.

Mark did a great job and when I accepted his interest he was in the van driving to the house to provide a quote within 30 minutes. Good quality of work and a nice guy. I have many other jobs requiring tiling so will be in touch with Mark in the future.

What a man! Mark finished the job that had foxed insurance contractors for 5 months!! My bathroom is now perfect. Thank you so much! A+++++ recommendation.
