I can't recommend him more. Honest (not always a given in Brum), reliable and quick. He responded promptly to my invite and came around for an appraisal at a convenient time after work. He explained what needed doing to both the sink (simply tightening a screw which had been knocked when a washer was installed) and the toilet. James thoroughly explained what was going wrong with the toilet and gave me the option of parts to repair. He advised on preventative measures to stop future problems which might arise. Reasonable rate. Tidied up after. I would definitely use him again and will be recommending him to friends and family in the area.
