Watertight homes were very good, a very professional company and offered a very good service. The worked they carried out was to a great standard and i would definitely use them again. I must comment on the plastering they did, it was like glass and to a very good standard. Thank you

Unfortunately due to a misunderstanding the job was not completed to our satisfaction. We described a soil pipe which was in our bin yard but called it a down pipe, so the work that was completed was on our down pipe which was on the main street. They should have asked us about this before starting work. There was nothing wrong with this pipe and it was made out of cast iron so more than likely money would have been made back on scrap. Nails and debris were left on the street which could have caused a puncture. A section of platic pipe was left high up leant against the building, this was then removed and put in our bin yard!!!! We now have to take this to the skip as it canot be throw out with general waste. No compensation was offered but an apology was made. Other odd jobs were done with no issues.

I would definitely recommend Watertight. The price was excellent and the standard of work high. Mathew was very professional - of those who quoted for the job, he was the only one who investigated what else might be contributing to the damp. He kept in touch throughout the work and even helped find a replacement electrician when mine cancelled. Ben and Jack were cheerful, polite and really efficient, always explaining what they were doing and checking with me before moving things or using anything of mine. They also dealt with grumpy neighbours very tactfully. Thank you!

Professional service from start to finish! Watertight homes were appointed to resolve a few issues with my roof/guttering and replaced a velux window. The works were reasonably priced, and conducted within the estimated timeframe despite coping with some tricky weather. They also helped me with some issues I had with previous tradesmen. I would recommend this company to anyone within the yorkshire region.
