Ross installed my shower and pump. His work is outstanding. He checked with me at each stage to keep me updated on what he was doing, arrived on time, cleaned up when he finished, was polite, friendly and worked hard. I have recommended him to 2 friends who are also looking for a plumber. I am more than happy with his work.

Great job. Ross had good communication, turned up a smidge early for the job, worked hard, and then the job cost exactly what was quoted. Sounds simple, doesn't it?
