Ross responded to post quickly and arranged convenient date to carry out annual Megaflow cylinder service. Reliable and polite with excellent communication, friendly and knowledgeable. Ross carried out the work without any problems, leaving the area clean and tidy and for an excellent price. Amazing service from the very first contact to completing the job. Highly impressed with the way we were communicated with, from the quote to when works would be completed. The plumber was very polite and talked us through what would be done. He left the kitchen clean and tidy. It's so reassuring knowing this company is local. Very competitive pricing and in fact was £20 cheaper than other quotes and there was no 'oh if we need to get a part it'll be another call out fee'. Don't hesitate to use this company. I'll be using them for all future works and recommending them to all friends and family.
