    Air brick needed for blocked up fireplace

    Chris was great, he came called on the day to arrange a time he'd be round and the work was completed to a great standard. Great service even at such short notice! Thanks! Would not hesitate to book him again for further work.

    Strip and replaster hall, stairs, landing, bedroom

    Top notch job finished on time, with the fiddly bits finished well without fuss. Very reasonable price, given how many guys were working here at one point!

    Dry verge

    Thank you to Chris for a job well done. The work was completed promptly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. I would be very happy to recommend him to anyone and I will be using him next time.

    Chimney

    Chris came out and did my job , he was very polite and made a wonderful job of the chimney will be using him again for other jobs we need doing , would recommend him to anybody

    Repointing

    Needed some pointing up work doing. Chris contacted me immediately to arrange looking at the job. Came out same day to give quote and arranged to do the work two days later. Chris arrived on time and completed the work promptly, charged a reasonable price and offered to clean out the gutter while he was up the ladder for no additional charge. Very polite and amenable. Would recommend and use again.

    Loose tile/flashing/mortar

    Very happy with the outcome. Chris was helpful and totally professional throughout. Not only was he very quick to respond to the initial request but he sent photos by text message of the problem, and then provided updated photos so I could see the finished job. He also sorted out a blocked gutter while he was up there and later spotted another small problem while working on the house next door which he quickly fixed too. In addition, his rates are very competitive. What more could you ask for? I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Chris's services to anyone. A really good tradesman.

    Removing aeriel displaced by wind

    Chris dealt with my relatively simple job promptly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I have already told him I will give him first option for any future jobs and I would recommend others to do the same. Neil Richardson

    Removal of wet loft insulation

    The work was completed promptly and efficiently. My tenant was delighted to see that everything was left tidy and clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Christopher and his team. Great job and I'll be contacting him again for future projects.

    replace/relay a few roof tiles damaged/dislodged

    Extremely efficient and at a great price. Very polite. Arrived at the job on time and did what was needed. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Christopher again and have already recommended him to another person.
