    Fascias and soffits

    There’s always a degree of uncertainty when using a trades person to weather your going to get a good job. From the moment I met warmseal my mind was put at ease. John and Reece did amazing job on my fascias, soffits, guttering, down pipes and end caps. The boys are very neat and tidy up when finished, taking the old materials with them ( saving you a trip to the recycle centre - tip ). I would strongly recommend this firm

    Small tiling job ASAP

    John fit our job in quickly after being let down by another builder. We were very happy with his team's work and his communication throughout was great. They even adjusted our new guttering when they saw it had been fitted based on the old roof - too low for the new roof. Would highly recommend Warmseal for any roofing work needed!

    Repair chimney breast leak

    We had a leak after storm Eunice in our chimney breast. John came and quoted the work and was able to fix the flaunching and flashing very quickly as well as fixing some loose roof tiles. So far it seems to have done the trick.Thanks again!

    Replace garage roof

    very happy with wok completed by john and his team. Work done to a superb standard. Looks better than I could have imagined and transformed my garage with the new roof. Completely tidied up after themselves, no mess left behind at all. Great friendly team and would highly recommend them

    Replace dormer roof and full strip and re-tile.

    John and the lads from Warmseal arrived on time when they said and have completed the job to an excellent standard for the quoted price. All the work was completed in a five days and the lads cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The roof looks so good John has been asked to move on to next door and replace the roof in the adjoining property.
