John was quick to respond and as he was the only one to do so and could start the job the next day I had no hesitation in hiring him. He attended and completed the job as he said he would the next day. A very pleasant and friendly young man. The job seem to have been completed satisfactory as the photos John showed me appear to testify too but as it is very early after the completion of the job only time will tell if the rain is kept out. So far I have no reason to doubt that it will be.

I only had one reply from John who rang me this afternoon, arrived when he said he would to quote, gave me a good quote, spoke to my insurance company for me, returned, did the job, took pictures and left. Both him and his helper were polite, helpful, explained in detail what was needed and why, even put a new light bulb in for me before they left. They were concerned for my safety and welfare and were excellent. If I need more roofing done I will speak to them.

John came to give me a quote on the same day I posted the job, he was very honest with his advice and provided a competitive quote. The job was completed fully the following day with no supervision. I was really pleased with the work and the driveway looks like new. All the mess and rubbish was also cleared by John. I would highly recommend Warmseal. Thanks

I would highly recommend John and his team, they were very hardworking and very pleasant and polite. John said the work would take three days and it did. The finished product was of a very high standard and the guys made sure everything was clean before they left. I will be having John update my back garden patio later in the year, can’t recommend him enough.

Was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Outlined the problem, gave a great price and fixed the problem. Gave advice on possible work that I know is needed in the future and investigated further to see if we had any underlining issues. Would definitely use again
