rubbish work full of issues will never employee these people again

Contacted Warmseal through the "My builder" app. When you hire a person you've never met to carry out a job on your property there is always going to be a bit of worry about their experience and workmanship. From my first call to John it was clear that he knew what he was talking about and understood what what was needed to fix my leaking flat roof. John answered all of my questions and offered advice about the options available to me. On the day of the job John arrived early and got straight to work. I was at work at this point but arrived back towards the end of the job. John explained what he had done and showed me photos of the stages of work. He was friendly and polite and allowed me to inspect the job. He then explained the warranty to me. At the end of the job John and his pal cleared any waste leaving the garden exactly as they had found it. I would have no problems recommending Warmseal to family or friends, and would certainly call them again if needed. Cheers John.

John's team replace my gutter fascia at the front of my mid terrace house. They did a great job also John gave me a good price for the job.

A few months have passed since the replacement of my bay window roof with a new Firestone rubber roof, and I deliberately waited until winter to assess the workmanship. I'm pleased to report that the quality appears to be outstanding. Despite facing multiple winter storms, not a single drop of water has breached the interior. Previously, even the slightest drizzle would leave my window sill drenched, but those issues are now a thing of the past. John, who assessed the job, confidently recommended the Firestone rubber roof and pointed out some minor issues with the main roof, like a few missing tiles. The quoted price was reasonable, prompting me to award them the job. The crew, dispatched promptly within the same week, was not only polite but also highly professional. They completed the job in a day, meticulously cleaned up after themselves, and left me thoroughly satisfied with their service. While the overall experience was commendable, there's room for improvement in the post-service aspects. I had expected to receive an emailed receipt in addition to the handwritten one. Additionally, I requested the pictures that were shown to me on the worker's phone, but unfortunately, they were not sent. Despite these minor shortcomings, I am genuinely pleased with their work and would not hesitate to engage their services again.

John came a long distance but arrived on time to assess the job and give me a fair price.He was honest and conscientious. His colleagues then came a second time ( when the weather was better) to complete the job in a friendly an professional manner, quickly and tidily. They showed me a roof photo of the finished work.Within my limited knowledge of building I would say they hav done a good job. My gut feeling is that they are to be trusted and I would use them again.
