I have not actually used W Hartley, but I did receive a quote from him for insulation. He was very punctual and came at the time he said he would. Although I did not use him he did seem knowledgeable.

William arrived within the time frame window we agreed. Polite, friendly and knowledgable. After fetching his ladders and taking a look at the problem he instantly new how to rectify it. He explained what he had to do and got on with it. I am more than satisfied with his work, and would most definitely call him if I needed any other roofing work carried out. I will be recommending W Hartley Ltd Roofing Contractors to my family and friends. Thank you for fixing the problem.

I was amazed how quick he responded to my job on my builder. I Met with Dad who came across warm and friendly. He recommended I have my ridge tiles reset, as he pointed out to me the cement had come away which keeps them bedded to the roof. Then we discussed cleaning out of the guttering. He said his son and long term colleague would be in touch, even at the weekend. I got a call this morning (Sunday) and they started the job agreed. As promised he phone me when he had nearly finished so I could go and check. They were clearing up and showed me what was in the guttering . They were very friendly and hopefully the ridge tiles will now stay in place. They also cleared around the front of my rented Terrance house. I would definitely recommend them and I will have them come to my home and do my guttering soon. Thanks

Replied very quickly to initial enquiry and came promptly to quote. Took time to talk us through the best options for us. Once hired came very quickly to do the job. Issues we had were dealt with quickly without it being a problem. Very professional and friendly and we are very happy with the job, would definitely use again.
