Tom visited to see what job needs doing and explained how he was going to do the job. He stated he would give price for the job by Sunday and would be able to complete the job the following week. This happened nearly 3 weeks ago now. I have messaged and called for an update with no response. Unreliable plumber in this instance.

Nothing to fault with Tom Brash , the job became more complicated than expected and was treated with professionalism . And was quickly sorted . Would definitely use again for plumbing work .

Excellent service and fitted our new bathroom without major problems. Accommodated our changing requests and did other jobs related to the new bathroom. Highly recommend Tom and his team, very respectful and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou

we haven't done the bathroom yet, we have to postpone it till next year. Tom is amazing, he is very polite and understanding, we will be using tom when we do the bathroom next year.

Tom was reliable , sympathetic to our needs in design and provided us with good options. He was reliable with time and did a professional job, at a reasonable price, he was easy to talk to, and was quick and cleared all mess up , removed all rubbish , I’d highly recommend him .
