We met Sunny a couple of times during the quote process and he took some time to advise us what was required during the planning process, the party wall, the potential buildover agreement. His team was respectful of the house and neighbours during this rather long project (6 months, both a dormer loft and a rear extension). We had a daily plan which was followed quite accurately even with the different extras that were requested during the project. The team also took into account the access constraint issue. We had a variety of works done, outside patio, new kitchen, new flooring full rewiring, new bathrooms, new boiler etc and were satisfied with the end result. We are particularly happy about the new kitchen installation. The discussion with the private building control was smooth and we got the building control certification without any issue. The snagging at the end of the project was taken seriously and each snag was sorted out. We were not living at the house during the works and were not locally either but the daily call / whatsapp messages and pictures ensured we were kept informed at all times. We would hire them again if we have new projects in the area.

From the very beginner of our project Sunny was helpful. Giving us useful advice. The quote was reasonable and the work carried out was to a good standard. Sunny was always contactable and resolved any issues quickly.

I highly recommend Sunny. He is an awesome guy a great builder. This was my first ever house renovation and extension and Sunny and his crew were great to deal with. Despite the build going across Covid lockdowns and Brexit, Sunny took it all in his stride and delivered a great end result on budget. At every stage, Sunny took the time to engage and keep me informed on how the build was going. You can't go wrong with Sunny, he will treat you fairly and delivery a great result.

This is an excellent firm. The quote given was what I paid. The quality of workmanship is excellent. Sunny and his associate were friendly and efficient all rounders who turned up on time to do the job and did it well. I would thoroughly recommend this company to other persons looking for a reliable honest trades person.

Sunny and his team were very professional. He went extra mile to make sure work was delivered on time and to a high standard. Along the way he made some very helpful suggestions and kept me informed at all times. After Sunny completed this project, I have now given him another renovation work for a 2 bedroom property which we are currently undertaking. Would highly recommend Sunny to anyone looking for a professional builder. Reasonably priced, gets the job done timely and to a very high standard.

Impressive and excellent delivery all round. Hands on and dealt with all issues courteously and professionally. Finished job on time, and instrumental in getting the house back to shape in terms of cleaning etc. I and my family got a good rub of the green considering many horror stories out there. I will recommend him to all friends as they were excellent. Thank you for a worthy job, and for always having consideration for the family.

I hired Sunny to do rear extension on a SIP system and timber cladding. He did an amazing job I’m an Architected myself and I’m am a very demanding client and Sunny managed to deliver within the 8 weeks’ program. I’m very pleased with the final result and finishes especially considering the tight program and technical challenges of the project. I’m been working with many contractors during the years and Sunny is one of the best ones so far. his fees are reasonable and he takes full responsibility of the works and quality. I will happily hire them again.

Having left with an incomplete shell I was pleased to find that Sunny has a range of qualifications and experience and we were lucky that he was able to take over the work within a few weeks. His written programme gave us even more confidence and the work progressed on time and to a high standard - even my architect was happy. Sunny is now booked to refurbish our kitchen!

my experience of working with these guys was very positive. i eventually got a new kitchen fitted by them rather than an extension as the extension was above my budget. Their pricing was competitive, although not the cheapest. i made a conscious decision to offer the project to sall construction because they were experienced, and they were detail orientated with my plan as well as the fact that their timeline matched my project timing. the kitchen fitting was done, in fact, slightly ahead of the two weeks that sunny had said it would take-which was very useful. we also went on a holiday and left the whole place to them, and everything worked out for us, so clearly very trustworthy. sunny and his brother were excellent tradesmen and came back twice later on once we notified them of some small issues. its now been 1 year since the installation of the kitchen, and fingers crossed, everything looks and works great. everyone is impressed with our kitchen which is also indicative of their very good work. I will happily hire them again if i have to do some work on extension or refurbishing.

We hired Sall Construction for a single storey rear extension project last year and it involved dismantling the original kitchen, pantry, conservatory and a downstairs wc and building an open plan kitchen-dining area along with new a bathroom downstairs. We had a long introductory meeting with Sunny and he provided a detailed scope of the project along with estates delivery dates for the each phase. After our first meeting, we arranged further 3 meetings to agree dates, deliverables for each week, a payment structure and finally signed a contract three weeks before the job was due to start. As promised, Sunny’s team finished the project within the estimated 12/14 weeks’ time which was extremely helpful as the winter was approaching fast. As with all building works, we also found rotting floorboards, rusty pipes, delays in procuring the right items for the extension etc. However, the team was extremely professional through all of this and carried on with other tasks rather sitting idle and waiting for the next phase to begin. Even our neighbors were complimentary of the professionalism shown by the team. They were punctual, fast, polite and considerate about not disturbing the neighbours. In the end we gave more work to Sall Construction than originally planned and would highly recommend the team to other people who are seeking professional builders.
