We are really satisfied with Sunny's works, indeed we called him later when we had a leak and again he was able to find the best approach. Regarding the new bathroom and extension of the entrance, since the first meeting Sunny proved to be able to suggest the right choices and together we came up with the best solutions. We are really pleased with the result, everything has been done to a high standard and if there was any detail (made by his workers) that we were not satisfied about, he immediately fixed it. Brilliant communication and availability, very professional under all the aspects. Who finds a good builder finds a treasure!

We hired Sunny to do a side return extension on our mid-terrace Victorian property. We were pleased with the price offered, communication and overall job. Sunny was more helpful than our architect with respect to offering advice on how to layout the kitchen, including helping us select cabinets. The workers did their best to keep the place tidy during the build process. They were also very honest when a light fitting was damaged and immediately took responsibility and replaced the fitting. We are looking to do a loft conversion and will very likely use Sunny and his team.

We hired Sunny and his team to build our 2 Storey side extension. It was our first time doing a project of this size and my partner and I are both at work all day and we needed a builder we could trust and That is exactly what we got with Sunny. He worked with us the whole time to ensure we got what we wanted. We lived on site throughout the project with 3 kids and Sunny and his team went out of their way to make it as easy for us possible. We are very happy with the end product and all our neighbours were very impressed by the speed and efficiency of the building team. We now have a fantastic home that we are throughly proud of. I would definitely recommend Sunny and he will be our first port of call for our future building projects.

I appointment Sall construction to do the side extension, Once the work was started Sunny was quick and did quality job, he planned the work pretty well to make sure that there was no time wasted, in the end I got him to do the kitchen refit and conservatory dwarf wall also which was not in the original plan. Once the work was complete he came back a few times to check if everything is ok, Overall pretty pleased with the work and would recommend him

I appointed sall construction to complete a ensuite extension and a ensuite loft conversion. After reading the reviews there was one negative review which gave me concerns initially but after meeting sunny these concerns disappeared. Sunny gave me a plan of the build and he kept to the timescales and I had no stress during the build. Sunny is a very experienced and knows what he is talking about and remained professional the whole time. Sunny has since returned to rectify doors that have moved due to settlement, which he did not have to do. The job was completed and I was so happy with the outcome. If you are looking for a honest and reliable stress free builder who does a brilliant job then sall construction are perfect.

Builder Sunny is working with me for almost two and half months for two story extension. I am happy from his performance till the date. if someone is interested to chat with me or visit my project site, I would like to welcome. Sunny got the job of underpinning the house. He brought people who did not know the job and also did not underpinned but said he did. He left the job after the council came to see the job saying he was going for holiday he took the money and never came back. subsequently another builder done it but when the other builder reopened the site we realised sunny had not underpinned the site as he claimed and we had to do his work again. It was a stressful and difficult time.

removed internal load bearing wall, plastering . Sunny and his guys did a brilliant Job with the house. Clean and tidy and was ready to start work at 8am everyday. Massively impressed. He consulted with me about any problems that arose, and suggested solutions and kept me informed every step of the way. Very pleasant guys to work with. Will be phoning them for the next job .

I can only say good things about Sunny and his team. Very hard working, the job was completed on time and was to a very good standard. Working practises were also good, ie plastic sheeting on walls and floors to keep the dust as confined to the rooms being worked on as much as possible. When some unforeseen issues were found when the ceiling was removed ie a rotten joist Sunny did not ignore it, but provided a reasonable price to repair it and asked for confirmation before doing the extra work. I will definitely be hiring them again.
