From start to finish, the job was excellent. Sean and his team were faultless in their approach and nothing was too much trouble for them. Always arrived when they said they would and always with a smile and made sure all was tidy at the end of each day. Our garden is now exactly what we wanted it. We can't recommend them enough and would 100% consider them for any future work.

I rarely write reviews, but feel I must in this case because Sean and his team were absolutely fantastic! I initially advertised a job removing Astroturf and putting down a replacement driveway. I have a fully enclosed courtyard in an awkward spot in the city centre, in a conservation area, with a lot of quirks and complications! Sean came and provided a very reasonable quote for this job. When he got the Astroturf up, it was clear that a whole different drainage/pavement solution would be necessary! Sean went away and requoted (for less than the original quote), then got on with the revised job. His knowledge and flexibility in the face of this complete change in what was needed for the job was really great, and made us feel very reassured. Communication throughout the job was top - he and the team always arrived when they said they would, texted to keep us up to date with timings, and checked with us throughout for detailed points on the finish. The whole team were an absolute pleasure to have around: they were extremely thoughtful about keeping noise down, careful about minimising dust/dirt into the house, and made sure we had access in/out by effectively building around us. They were also lovely people to chat to! And the final job looks absolutely stunning! After the job completed some efflorescence occurred (I understand this can be common with sandstone), and Sean is coming back to treat it as part of the job. Very highly recommend!

I'm very pleased with the concrete area in my back garden Sean and his team did. The 9sq meter concreted area is 'L' shaped with a step and looks very neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend him and I'm hoping to get him back to do my drive in the spring.

Extremely competent reliable Team. At the start of the job we had an unforeseen issue with the foundation work, in brief, when Sean and the team removed the old concrete patio we found that the foundation was not for for purpose, at this stage we thought that is would be a huge issue, however Sean’s experience and expertise found a solution and eased our minds that in fact what would thought was a problem was just a small hurdle to over come which they did with ease in an extremely cost efficient yet diligent way. The finished Patio looks amazing and could not recommend Sean enough. The Team were always on time cleaned up everyday, tidy on budget and helpful. Really Great Job Andy and Roxy

Very happy with our new patio. Sean was very competitive on price against other quotes. The work was finished to a high standard and I was kept informed of any delays and how the job was progressing. Would recommend Sean and would definitely use again.

Can’t fault Sean and his team, great job and we’re really pleased. We had a patio and paving laid in the garden and our driveway extended. It all looks great, very professional team always prompt, worked really hard throughout the day and made sure all was clean and tidy before they left. Pathways look great but disappointing to find out the extra costs involved to remove the mud . I managed to have the soil taken and collected cheaper from elsewhere .

Sean and his team have done a superb job replacing and extending our patio. They were always on time, did not stop from the time they arrived early in the morning until they left late afternoon. They have left everything neat and tidy. We are absolutely delighted with the result and have no hesitation in recommending them and would certainly use them again. Thank you Sean.

Sean paved over our front garden and done a really lovely job . I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail making sure everything was perfect and that we were happy with everything . I would not hesitate to offer Sean more work in the future as and when we need it . One very happy customer well done Sean and your team .
