Great job done here Sean turned up with two men spot on time at 8 a.m. work was carried out efficiently however an unfortunate accident throw a stone into my patio door shattering it Sean was straight on the phone to a local glazing company who have since fitted a new panel I was kept informed throughout the work and Sean didn't want payments until the glass was replaced at his expense and I was happy overall a great job carried out well I highly recommend him

Job well done, very polite, good communication will hire again. so happy with the patio I got Sean to do my fencing.

Sean was helpful, prompt, polite and efficient. I would hire him again. He is really helpful and professional. we had received conflicting information about requirements for drainage and Sean helped us with what our best options were to create the best driveway possible.

Despite being hampered by bad weather, the patio & installation of water butts were professionally & perfectly done. Work area thoroughly cleaned before leaving on all days. Highly recommended.

Excepted this builder in March for job to start on 20th May , job was then brought forward by one week only to be told it would be now 29th May due to Sean being unwell, so we have had to resubmit the job back onto mybuilder due to Seans illness

Sean gave me a good price for the project but originally said he couldn't do it until July. Since I am trying to rent out the property, I needed it done sooner so as not to inconvenience tenants. Sean rearranged his schedule and said he could do it Easter week. He arrived on Wednesday as promised and with one other man, Sean managed to get all of the old concrete broken up and ready for removal. Thursday 3 of them turned up, got all of the old concrete removed but then had to wait on the material deliveries, all of which did not arrive on time. Sean and his men were here until 7 PM and managed to get the sub-base installed and the bedding sand. They then started laying the brick paving and got the majority complete. On Good Friday they showed up at 9 am and finished the cut bricks and edging. They then sanded the entire site, added concrete to the edges and patched the tarmac. They left everything neat and tidy and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.
