I had an excellent experience with JJJ Building Solutions and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. He completely renovated my bathroom, including painting, flooring and the installation of all the fittings and fixtures, as well as renovating my separate toilet to an exceptional high standard. What impressed me most was the incredibly short timeframe in which all the work was completed, without compromising on quality. The workmanship was outstanding, with great attention to detail throughout. He also gave me excellent advice that even helped me save money. On top of all that, the price was unbeatable for the quality of work provided. He was professional, reliable, knowledgeable and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’m extremely happy with the result. A huge thank you to JJJ Building Solutions for the fantastic work. I would definitely recommend them!

Reasonable job. Finish wasn't the best, more preparation and sanding would have improved the final finish. Generally happy but couldn't get any snagging done, which was disappointing.

Jay designed and built a new bathroom and updated the kitchen for us. The finish was outstanding. I was impressed by his multi-talented building skills. He is honest and has excellent communication, and works very hard to achieve a high standard. It's a pleasure to have him for this work, and I highly recommend and will contact him for other work.

I can 100% recommend Jay. He turned up early every day and worked hard to get the job done. He had great advice when quoting for the job and helped in our planning of the bathroom, and it was obvious how knowledgeable he is in his trade. His work was completed to a high standard in everything (plumbing, tiling, flooring, finishes) and as a bonus he tidied up as he went along and put a protection cover throughout my hallway. We were thrilled to have finally found a tradesperson who has pride in his work, doesn't mess us around and respects our home.

100% good! Jay renovated the bathroom for us, he is reliable and trustworthy. His finishing is to high standards. I have no knowledge in this area, he helped me choose the goods with patience. He is knowledgeable and advised me everything with logic. Definitely recommend him.

We use Jay to refurbish out ensuite. The quality of the workmanship was amazing. Our bathroom supplier said that the tiling was completed to a very high standard. Jay was committed to delivering our project on time. Throughout the project Jay talked us through our installation options to ensure we were happy. Jay cleaned up at the end of everyday and there was minimum disruption to our daily routine. It was a challenging project as the flooring needed replacing, plumbing redoing, ceiling skimming and our walls were not flat which created a challenge but no job was too much effort and we still completed to plan. I would certainly recommend JJJ Building Solutions to others and we have invited him back to refurbish our bathroom.

Bathroom Installation - From initial contact through to completion the job was done efficiently without fuss and to an excellent standard. Nothing was too much trouble for Jay, even when I kept adding additional work. He was always on time and he cleaned up every bit of rubbish, you wouldn’t know he was ever there. Jay has recently finished refurbishing our ensuite bathroom and has exceeded our expectations with the result! We are very pleased. Jay's service was fantastic from start to finish - knowledgeable, professional and respectful of our home keeping the mess and disruption to a minimum throughout. Despite a couple of unexpected encounters during the process with piping, walls etc., nothing was too much effort to rectify. Jay's attention to detail is particularly impressive, finishing the job to a very high standard. We would definitely recommend and look forward to using Jay again for future projects!
