Jay was always available and friendly. He visited me couple of times to discuss and finalise the concept prior to undertaking the bathroom refurbishment works. From the first day to the last he provided full support and advised on many occasions from deciding the best concept for the bathroom to advising how best to maintain the bathroom in the future. Trhoughout he used his vast experience he has gained in doing similar works which benefited me immensely. He ensured that the fixtures and fittings that I ordered were the right ones and checked each item before the order was placed. During the works he was quite flexible and would cater for the unexpected and never complained about extra bits that came along which he did happily without claiming additional fees. Whilst undertaking the works he would always welcome my views and would always consult me before deciding to fit a furniture/fixture in position. The complete bathroom was refurbished including installation of a quadrant shower, vanity unit + toilet, cabinet mirror, towel radiator, retiling, flooring, ceiling plaster and electrical works, all of which were done to a very high standard, neatly with attention to detail. Upon completion he ensured that I was happy with the work he did and he went above and beyound. Jay and Davis are the best builders I have come across so far and would highly recommend them.

We are so pleased with the amazing job that J & D did with our bathroom. They were friendly and approachable, they listened to our ideas and gave good advice. They cleaned up after themselves. Paid attention to detail and nothing was too much. We are very pleased with the high standard of finish, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to family or friends. EXCELLENT JOB. Jay met and spoke with us on a number of occasions to ensure that he understood what we wanted and he also added some very useful advice and suggestions. The work was started on time and finished ahead of schedule. The work was for a complete refurbishment of our bathroom including installation of a new shower (replacing the bath), retiling, redecorating and new floor covering. Jay arranged for materials to be collected by him or delivered while he was at the premises. All rubbish was removed and our flat was left extremely clean on completion. The work has been completed to a very high standard and all to the agreed specification and very reasonable quoted price. Jay and Davis were very pleasant people and we cannot praise enough the quality of work carried out by them. We would not hesitate to use them again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

we had Jay and Davis install a new Kitchen and Bathroom which started on 27th July . The detail to there work was absolurtly fantastic clean ,tidy and so polite, WE were so amazed with the result of the two projects that were done.WE have given permission to JJJ Builders that they can give our details to prospective customers to contact us . We can honestly say that We Wish we had contacted JJJ Builders years ago so that they could have done all the improvements to our home . Jay was quick to respond to my job post and provided a reasonable quote clearly broken down so it was easy to understand. He and Davis arrived on time and quickly understood what we were looking for, providing a high standard of finish and giving us sound advice from their experience as the job progressed. We are really pleased with both the bathroom refurb and ensuite they did for us, completing it within the agreed schedule and with the original price honoured even with some small variations that were required. We cannot recommend JJJ enough, they are really friendly guys who work to high standards and we will definitely be using them again in the future when we next move house again. I would definitely recommend Jay to anyone. He did an amazing job on my bathroom and was quick and efficient. Also very tidy. He is a very nice guy for whom nothing was too much trouble. I've already asked him to do another job for me.

Couldn’t be happier with the standard of work and the finished product. Julius and team were neat tidy and cleaned up as they went along. We have already decided to use JJJ for our next project.

JJJ did everything they said they would. A great job in a timely fashion under the difficult circumstances of the Virus lockdown. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anybody reading this.
