A excellent service. Stephen phoned before hand to say when he would arrive to service my central heating boiler.
He arrived on time & carried very thorough job which included a potential danger with regards to the flue (further work agreed to be done there)

Great company, very nice people to deal with, they kept in touch, when you email they reply promptly. The engineer txt to say what time he would be here and arrived on time. Very nice guy and was very professional. A competitive rate and the company supplied a gas safe certificate. All being well I would definitely use them again next year for our boiler service.

I was very impressed with the prompt response made to my approach through My Builder as well as the excellent service I received the next day. There is a friendly and helpful reception when you call which reflects the nature of this business. I can highly recommend them and their electrician Fraser Stewart (Home Electrical Services) who also called the next morning. Their high standards and professionalism are to be commended.

From the initial review of the job, and until it was completed, the company communicated clearly and gave some salient and useful advice. The men who did the work obviously have a good work ethic which was appreciated particularly because this house has concrete walls and floors which does not make any kind of change easy to achieve. The work was completed and everything left tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Great service. Came out quickly, quoted a price and stuck to it. Did the job really quickly and efficiently and even managed to get us a price for completing some works in the outside related to taking out the gas fire. Stephen was punctual, friendly and efficient. Gas safety check was carried out quickly and he also gave advice on fixing the toilet and another technician (Jack) from home heating services came out to resolve the issue. It’s a very good service and importantly for us, communication was very good! I would definitely recommend this service.

Boiler Service and discussion about ( Solar Thermal) system improvements led to identification of some issues which needed fixed (faulty pump, air locks, new magnetic filter and design issue). Took considerably more time than both parties envisaged, but costs amicably agreed and heating working again. Now looking at further system upgrades.

From David arriving and talking through what I wanted & required, to offering suggestions, fully explained, to actually helping me with a small job onsite (for free) before I accepted the quote, through to Mark coming to perform the work, who talked through exactly what I wanted before he started anything, I can’t praise them enough. Brilliant service all round & a fantastic price (£1700 cheaper than a previous quote)!!!

Good communication and very competitive pricing for removing old boiler and pressurised tank and installation of new combo boiler. Engineering work to high standard and good coordination between different trades to complete project.

David arrived on time, and did a great job servicing our boiler, heating system, capping off a gas fire and moving a radiator. Tidied everything up as he went along. Price he quoted was the price we paid. Highly recommended and will use again.

Replied quickly to my urgent request for a gas safety check and certificate. I made a last minute request for them to supply and fit a Co monitor. This was no problem. Job was carried out professionally and timely. Would definitely recommend and hire Home Heating Services Scotland again.
