Excellent job. Easy to deal with, all on time and problem sorted.

Great company, very nice people to deal with, they kept in touch, when you email they reply promptly. The engineer txt to say what time he would be here and arrived on time. Very nice guy and was very professional. A competitive rate and the company supplied a gas safe certificate. All being well I would definitely use them again next year for our boiler service.

Appointment arranged and contact kept as engineer was running a bit late. Greig serviced the boiler very professional and efficient. Explained all aspects of the job. Social distance kept and mask worn. Excellent professional work ethic. Price agreed when appointment was made £90 and paid on completion of work. The same engineer carried out a boiler service on my neighbours boiler job well done

From the initial review of the job, and until it was completed, the company communicated clearly and gave some salient and useful advice. The men who did the work obviously have a good work ethic which was appreciated particularly because this house has concrete walls and floors which does not make any kind of change easy to achieve. The work was completed and everything left tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I was very impressed with the prompt response made to my approach through My Builder as well as the excellent service I received the next day. There is a friendly and helpful reception when you call which reflects the nature of this business. I can highly recommend them and their electrician Fraser Stewart (Home Electrical Services) who also called the next morning. Their high standards and professionalism are to be commended.
