What brilliant service! What a really great guy! John from Elite365 Locksmiths really knows his stuff. Very prompt, very efficient service, and fair and reasonable pricing. John quickly discovered what the problem was with our patio doors. He did not try and talk the job up and charge for things we didn’t really need like some companies. He explained simply what he needed to do and just did it. He gave me great advice for future reference. Cannot recommended highly enough and would certainly use Elite365 again.

Wonderful service, John quoted over the phone once he had seen pictures, can to do the job and charged exactly what he had said, no hidden surprises. Great service! I feel he went above and beyond, not only did he change the locks, give us a warranty and a receipt promptly, he advised my tenant on the proper techniques of door locking 😂 and went on to remove unnecessary hardware and cleaned the black marks off it. John then made a point of calling me to talk through everything and let me know exactly what he did and sent me pictures and a video of the new mechanism. I’m absolutely thrilled with this service, I’ve saved his number now and will definitely be back in touch for all things windows and doors!

John was very quick to respond to my advert.When he phoned he sounded very nice and knew what needed doing straight away.He did a great job with replacing our broken lock on our french doors. He also realigned the door for us.He did all this in the pouring rain (poor chap). John was a chatty and likeable fellow and was very professional at his job.We are very happy with his work. John was the only trader to contact us, but you only need one when he/she is as reliable, reasonably priced, experienced and as competent as he has been. The job was sorted in less than 36 hrs from posting to payment. His repair of two PVC window locks was exactly what I had hoped would be possible. He needed only one visit and the parts he supplied are better than the originals even when they were new, 20 or so years ago. We highly recommend Elite 365.
