John changed the full locking mechanism, handles and lock on my front UPVC door, he arrived on time, was very professional in his appearance. John listened to my issues and what I wanted him to achieve, he offered me his honest professional opinion and got to work straight away. John completed the job to a high standard, he had ample opportunity to up sell, however he didn’t do this, telling me the reasons why I didn’t require the more expensive options!!! Very trustworthy and I would absolutely use him again, he will be recommended to anyone who requires a locksmith! Thanks
