I was happy with Celino’s work on our home. All work was completed on time and any minor issues were taken care of quickly. Communication with Celino was great and he was always quick to respond to any questions. Celino acts as project manager and employs a team of contractors to carry out the work. Many of them didn’t speak English but this wasn’t an issue as Celino could translate and act as our one point of contact. Work done included plumbing for new kitchen, tiling the kitchen floor and fitting underfloor heating, fitting a new boiler and flue, structural work removing an internal wall adding in a steel beam, and more.

Found Celino and his team to be professional, prompt and responsive. The refurb project was completed to a high standard and whilst experienced some delays due to Covid lockdowns, Celino managed this very well and remained flexible.

Completed the job on time and came back to resolve issues with radiator valve without any issues.

Really good job on the bathroom, exactly how we wanted it. Great working team, reliable and helpful and respectful of the current situation. Highly recommend.

I used Celli Property Care to refurbish by bathroom, I made the final decision based on feedback that I had read. They did a very good job and I was very impressed by the ongoing communication that kept me up to speed. I felt that it was necessary to do this feedback so that others could benefit - great job.

We are really pleased with our new bathroom! It took a little longer than expected, but worth the wait, the final quality is high. We had some tricky tiling set out with recessed shelving that ended up looking really good. Celino’s quote was very detailed which showed he wanted to understand the job in hand. Celino was great at communicating throughout the process - by phone, text, email and site visits. The Celli team were knowledgeable, competent and trustworthy which took out the stress of doing the project and were always available to accept deliveries (including carrying a whole load of tiles up and down stairs that were delivered in error) and pick up supplies from the plumbing merchant. They protected the hall and stairs and collected all rubbish daily. We changed the design a few times throughout the works and the team was accommodating and flexible. Any issues I raised were dealt with quickly and adequately. We like how they got the bath up and running after only a few days to limit the disruption. Would definitely use again and will recommend to others! Want my kitchen done now!

Celino and his team team did a great job completely stripping out our master bathroom, bricking in a window and installing all of the fittings including a free standing bath. They also created a walk in tiled shower which we are very happy with. We will certainly use Celino again for any future jobs we need doing around the house.

We're quite happy with how our bathroom refurb went - quality of the finish is excellent. We ran into a few humps along the way (mainly driven by our compressed timeline), but Celino was very responsive and his team was flexible and creative, so it all wrapped up nicely. Would hire again.
