Celino, Peter and the team were brilliant to work with! They were very easy to communicate with from the start and always responded quickly and clearly. The quality of their workmanship was the excellent and they clearly took real pride in what they did. Everything was finished to a high standard and they were happy to change things along the way if we wanted anything done differently. We felt that the work they did was very good value for money. The whole team were friendly, polite and trustworthy throughout the job. Peter was always happy to give us advice and we felt that he went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the work carried out. We would definitely work with them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Every step of the way he was very helpful! 10/10 always answered his phone and got back to me when he said he would. Really great experience all round! The quality of work was amazing.

Celino was hired to completely refurbish our sole bathroom. This meant stripping everything to the brick and concrete; insulating the walls and ceiling, re plastering, painting, tiling, replacing all wares and radiator. His price was good, but what was more important was his knowledge and 'can do' reassuring attitude. My main concern was getting the shower up and running quickly, and not being left without the toilet. All of this was met. Other contractors said I could be with the toilet for 2 or 3 days, which would have been ridiculous. Marius (the builder), did the whole job on his own in around 8 days which was faster that expected. He arrived promptly at 8am and stayed until 5pm and often later (after making sure I was ok with it). He cleared up after each day and would have worked for 12 hours a day if I'd let him! This told me he was hard working with superb attention to detail. He even did extra bits and bobs, like fixing a leaking radiator. He wanted to work on a weekend which I allowed. He was regularly left in the house alone which I was happy with. The result is insane, the room was always freezing but now it's the warmest room, it's barely recognisable and the finish is like a 5 star hotel. I would totally recommend Celli Property Care for any building work.

We hired Celino and his team for a significant refurbishment of the whole rear part of the ground floor of our terrace house - being the kitchen and bathroom - together with decorating work across every room of our house except the loft. The kitchen and bathroom work also required moving a wall, removal of all ceilings, rewiring, plumbing, installing underfloor heating, reinforcing of the roof and the installation of large roof windows. Celino has been wonderful to work with - bringing a consistent can-do attitude, always professional while at the same time really friendly, always available on the end of a phone when we were paranoid or concerned about something, or we wanted to talk through endless options (we were total newbies to house renovations!). His team worked hard and always went the extra mile - such as without question spending 4 hours on a Friday night working with us to remove partially dry grout from freshly set tiles because WE had chosen the wrong colour! Anything we wanted changed or any detail redone they would do without complaint. We are thrilled with the work, and its made our least favourite part of our house (kitchen) into the room we never want to leave, and made us really enjoy being in every room of our home. Celino and his team did a great job for us. We're very happy with final outcome and would use Celino and his team again. The job included repointing and painting the front of house, replastering and decorating house (3 bed terrace), full bathroom installation, removal of chimney breast and opening out living/dining room. I can thoroughly recommend Celli Property Care. Celino and his team were professional, tidy and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble and any issues that arose were sorted out immediately without fuss. I had been concerned about the installation of the picture frame structural beam, given that there had been no comments regarding structural work on this site, but I needn't have worried because the whole process went very smoothly. I love my new looking kitchen, particularly my fabulous tiled floor. They were also very good value: I received a detailed quote with no hidden costs. Thank you Celino and team for a job well done.

I'm a big fan of Celino, and I'm not easy to please (as we'd joke about during the job!) He's got his priorities right when it comes to customer service. He's super communicative and honest. We had a leak during the installation but he sorted it out straight away. When I wasn't happy with something I'd say and he'd always work hard to sort it out, all with a good sense of humour. The quality of the work was so very good quality for the price charged. Will definitely use him again.
