    Boiler exchange combi for condensing

    Ben concluded the boiler change job as expected on time and tidy and efficiently. Even though we delayed by a day as the plumbers failed to stock the boiler in time, another arrived the following day. A longer warrantied model costing more but still fitted at agreed price. Good job. Will use again. Late response from me but thanks Ben. Steve

    Gas certificate

    I paid him immediately after the job was completed as i was flying away on the same day. he promised to email the invoice by the end of the same day. He didnt . I had to txt him 3 times to remind him. He didnt send the invoice and was very rude towards me. I dont recommend him. Not reliable.

    This is not a reason for a bad feedback at all you insisted to pay on site usually customers wait for the invoice you awaited a invoice 3 days later due to it being a weekend work carried out was exactly what was asked of us and we are never rude to any customer always happy and courteous this is not a fair feedback at all but if that’s how you feel that’s up to you

    Boiler needs servicing

    Ben arrived exactly when he said he would to service the boiler. Polite and courteous.

    Remove and cap gas fire

    New boiler replacement

    Ben was excellent, his quote was accurate, he turned up on time and was very professional. He went over and beyond to help in areas which wasn’t part of the job, would definitely use him again. Great trades man with experience.
