Although it took a little time to schedule the work in, when he started he worked hard, dealing with a few unforeseen issues which increased the scope of the job. It was fortunate that he is multi-skilled and able to turn his hand to plastering and relaying floor tiles which meant that whilst it took slightly longer to complete I didn't have find additional trades to do those jobs. Victor cleaned up well on finishing the job and has been very fair when billing for the additional time incurred due to the scope creep.
