so pleased with Viktor's work - he worked out what the problem was and saved me £60 by fixing my shower when others told me it had to be replaced. highly recommended.

Victor is hard working, worked a long day mid morning and finishing 7-8pm. I would say Victor has very high standards and is particularly careful to ensure that the correct materials are used. Our job was difficult as the underlying installation was not done with accessibility or future repairs in mind. Victors experience was not enough to overcome elements of the job but he managed the situation speedily calling upon competent assistance to help. We paid Victors petrol as we are outside of Reading, being the conscious workman, he got right on with fixing a blocked radiator when he came to survey the job. Pros – Victor is a very amenable to have in your house, clean worker and trustworthy, best suited to straightforward jobs . Victor was very good at re-using materials keeping costs to a minimum. You can keep an eye on materials as you will be expected to order and specify from your own suppliers. Cons – Victor is not a full time tradesman so if your job requires specialist knowledge you many need to seek additional help or hire tools. If you are looking for a ‘hands off’ approach to your job then I would recommend a full service tradesman who offers an end-to-end service and has the daily experience to overcome difficult situations. I would certainly recommend Victor and would gladly have him back to help us with future jobs and repairs. Please ask to see the before/after photos as this shows Victors high quality of work. Work was done to a high standard, given that we had a tenant in the property we had good communication regarding what was done along with photos. There were some communication issues with the tenant as we had asked access to be arranged directly and this was not done often. I'd work with Victor again.

Victor carried out the work to a high standard, was very thorough in making sure that he was making the 'right' repair rather than the 'quick' repair. He kept us fully informed at each stage of the work so that we could agree what we wanted and the best way to achieve it. He left the bathroom clean and tidy and we are very pleased with the result. In addition, Victor was extremely polite and friendly whilst he was here. We would definitely recommend him and will no doubt be seeking his help in future work we need carried out.
