We feel this feedback is a false & inaccurate representation of the job, First of all the patio did not hold water, we stated very clearly that the patio was not to be walked on after just being laid yet you stepped out onto the patio causing some slabs to sink, which we told you once we came back & relaid them, Secondly the natural stone has a riven edge & the brick edging would not Butt together perfectly which we explained beforehand, usually a very minor detail that most people understand, also not sure what you mean about 4 different samples used on the edging, maybe it was because they was the higher quality tegula pavers & they come in 3 different sizes? Also we did remove all of the plants & the stumps from the flower bed as agreed, maybe there was some small dead roots that tore away from the main stumps. Finally the turf & tension wire, which out of all things we find the be the most surprising, We told you beforehand that due to the time of year (winter) the turf wouldn’t look as full & green as usual. (Anyone who knows anything about turf understands this) we also said that if you wasn’t 100% happy with it after a few weeks once it begun to take & grow that we would replace in the summer (also it was laid on a screened bed of topsoil as we do standard) The steel tension wire was not included in the quote & was later brought out at the end of the day asking if we could quickly fit it, when we couldn’t we even offered a discount.
