Job was only partially finished with 50% of grouting left for us to complete. The last day there was a staff shortage so the job seemed very rushed and not done properly or up to the standard. Paving seems quite uneven and not level properly in the front area. We feel there were specific standard they were aware of in terms of evening out the paving (they didn't get the gap between the tiles using the professional spacing method) Left part of the job for me to finish. Unprofessional and very rude.Answer from tradesperson:
Hi, I’m sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the work we have done, I belive the review is quite misleading. We left your job and it was 100% completed, you contacted us 7 months after the job finished stating the grout needed a top up, we explained to you that this can occur hence why we left you a spare tub just in case. The team are never rushed and always take care to finish every job with 100% satisfaction (see over 100 positive reviews on various platforms) As for the tiles being laid poorly, our team take great care to make sure we give our customer high quality workmanship, we explained that the tiles (which you provided despite our advice) that we’re purchased was of poor quality & not very good, we even demonstrated this to you before laying the tiles with a spirit level showing that they was bowed causing issues laying the tiles.
