Lee was able to assess the job, give me a quotation (Which was very reasonable) and complete the job all within 3 days! Very clean finish on the job itself and always kept us in the loop on what he needed to do if certain problems cropped up while he was working. Would highly recommend Lee to any of my friends or family and we definitely hiring him again!

Lee had to remove old discoloured wax sealant over grey slate tiles. Difficult job as the remover was hard to source and the sealant was deeply impregnated. But tiles now clear of the old discoloured sealant and looking fresh

Lee is a conscientious and hard-working builder. He communicates well and turns up on time. He removed a tile from my shower in order for some plumbing work to be done and replaced it. I would be happy to use Lee again.

Lee did an amazing job with our bathroom, which had been left in an awful state by an emergency plumber. He was extremely transparent, methodical and clean in his work. I was also very impressed with how communicative he was when it came to timings, price and expectations. Even after Lee had finished the job, I noticed one small thing that maybe could have used touching up. Even though it was a 2 minute job, he still came over to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. With the whole experience being so painless and the work being completed to such a high standard, I'd definitely recommend Lee and I would certainly hire him again.

Lee did a great job across a challenging roof repair. I contracted Lee to help fix a number of roof leaks, for which the source was unknown. He was able to assess the issue and suggest possible fixes, as well as considering a number of other fixes identified by leak tracers. Lee was very communicative and clear about his availability, what work was required, and cost, and he was excellent value. In a difficult and awkward project, with particular access challenges (3rd floor roof), Lee was adaptable and able to improvise well. We had some delays with the weather, which Lee was able to work around and I appreciated his transparency and diligence. Overall, very happy to recommend Lee - good value, clear communication, and hardworking. Thanks for your work!

Lee took 6 weeks to finish the job (re-tiling a small bathroom) despite originally promising a 5-day completion. Due to some sad news outside of work, this was a very tough time for him but he was very adamant that he wanted to finish the job. If we had have known how stressful the next few weeks would be, we would not have agreed. We were left without a shower for a very long period (10 days) and there was no predictability over when Lee would turn up to work. It became pretty clear that he was working multiple jobs at once and that ours had slipped pretty firmly down the priority list. As for the actual job, the structural rebuild of the wall panels is fantastic and most of the tiles are put on level and without lips. The finish- this was very bad. There were parts of grout missing, the silicone seal is already pealing off and will need to be re-done. The grouting was slapped on and smeared around the tiles (the clean-up job here took an entire day). The toilet and the sink were left leaking and when Lee came back to have a look after the job was finished, he tried to charge us saying it 'must have been the last builder' (the toilet was certainly not leaking before and the drain tube had been taped up). Lee is a nice guy and was very reasonably priced compared to 4 other quotes but I would opt for the more expensive option in future to save what was an incredibly stressful 6 weeks.

Lee was excellent. He surveyed the job, agreed a price, did the job. Left everything in a clean, tidy condition. He is good with communication as well.

Everything you could want from a local builder! We had a very small bespoke project, which was completed early and to an excellent standard! Lee is professional, knowledgeable, tidy and punctual, great communication throughout, would thoroughly recommend. Would give 5 stars if i could ;)

Lee came to fix a leak in my roof above my shop the other day. I wasn't exactly sure where it was but gave a rough idea and he was able to find the crack and quickly told me what needed to be done, along with a quote. I have been very busy at work and Lee just got on with the job, great communication and pictures throughout and I was able to focus on work. Helped take a lot of the stress out of the situation knowing I was in good hands. Thanks Lee

Lee was great - efficient, did a great job and is a really nice guy. Reasonable pricing and good work - would definitely go for him again if needed.
