Good work on our flooring at a reasonable price. However please beware of the any subcontractors used by Unics that do not know what they may be doing. In our case, architraves were initially put the wrong way round by the workers on-site and this had to be corrected. Apart from this a very positive experience working with Constantin

Constantin and his men did a good job. They turned up early, got on with replacing the post with little fuss and completed the job well within the estimated timescale. I was happy with the outcome.

My fence blew down in the recent winds - posted on mybuilder for the job and got a prompt response from Uniconstruction... Constantin came round at an agreed time to give a quote, which I thought was a very reasonable price... He advised putting in concrete gravelboards and concrete posts to make the new fence more sturdy. A few days later the job was done to a very high standard, they also took away the old fence... The whole thing from start to finish was very professional and precise. I would highly recommend Uniconstruction and would definitely use them again.

This is a GREAT company and we highly recommend them !!! After posting our job to replace a 30 plus year old fence and an old hedge Unicsconstruction.ltd came over as soon as they were available. Assessed the job, provided a quote days after visiting the property. We was taken aback with their consideration of the neighbours garden prior to carrying out the work. We were given an estimation that the work to be carried out would take approx. 2 days, when in fact the team (of 2) had excelled and completed the job in one day, they worked hard and took very little breaks - you could see that they took complete pride in what they did. The owner Constantine and his team, have amazing customer service kept us/and our neighbours in the loop throughout the job. They exceeded my exceptions, were super clean, professional and pleasant. We most definitely will use them again, should we need to call upon them. Thanks to you all!!
