Jordan was great. Really honest and straightforward - work completed looks good quality.

Was very unhappy with the job and tried to get through and communicate with them but didn't hear back for nearly a year! Quite unprofessional, changed price to go higher before discussing and confirming before the job even started (During the job I could hear them saying they should charge us more than they quoted but I didn't say anything until at the end they came and told me a higher price and when I asked why its priced like this they said that that's what the correct quote should be, which they gave me no hint of before starting the work), told me they would send me an emailed invoice and details of what they had done but didn't receive this either (Even after messaging and trying to get through to them multiple times). Not only that, they didn't confirm with me the time they would be here and were outside my door knocking at a time I was unable to do for 20 minutes and then assumed the sewage that needed unblocking was the one by the front door (we had flowers pots on top of this and they didn't bother to even move that before attempting to open the sewage) when it was in fact the one in the garden and tried to open and start the work before confirming with me details and pricing. I am quite disappointed in my judgement of going for these guys just because it was more affordable for me at the time. Oh and not to forget, what they "fixed" required to be fixed again a few months later. Not a long term solution so thumbs down.

I needed a new rainwater gulley fitted and a pipe run to a manhole on the drive. The job was priced up, and date agreed. They fitted the gulley and pipe. All excavation refuse removed from site. They have carried out the work exactly as they were supposed to do and have been professional at all times from start to finish. I would also use UK Drains again in the future.

They did a good job on replacing an old leaky drain and so far the drain is great. I had to ask them to come back as the New connecting pipe work was leaking Into the cement initially due to it not having been connected tight enough as it had to be connected to a victorian down pipe But they came quickly and sorted it so top marks for reliability . Ross’ men were polite and helpful and worked hard. Only snag was id asked for them to come at 9am and they turned up at 2pm With no reason or notice so it kind Of messed up my day. But they did apologise for that a few days later and the price was ve reasonable.

The tradesman from UK Drains did a great job unblocking the drain gully which turned out to be jammed up with fat and grease residue from the kitchen sink and dishwasher. He patiently talked me through the investigation and rectification process, and left me feeling confident that all had been taken care of. Friendly efficient service given - I would happily recommend.

Ross's team arrived within the agreed time. They were friendly and professional, and clearly explained what they were going to do. They took care to ensure the new drain cover was level with that of our neighbours. The job was done quickly, efficiently and they left the site tidy. I'd not hesitate to recommend them.

UK Drains found the problem which was all blocked up underneath the shared manhole. Took them no time at all to clear the blockage and then cleanse the area with a couple of buckets of water. Very professional, no problems at all.

i hired him to write detailed report for the Architect, he refused to feed his camera down the main 4"drain down pipe. he just used the main manhole, he couldn't identify under ground connection to the property, he mistaken it with the neighbor, i puled him on it. I was not happy with his service and attitude.

Engineer really helpful, decent fair price, will definitely use their services again.
