Tom was exceptional, very professional, polite, attention to detail, cleaned up and went way beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone. If we have further work, we will definitely use Tom again.

Tom was at mum's within minutes. He quoted for time and cost..... very reasonable as it was a tricky job. He scuttled to our local Scewfix to buy the new overbath shower, returned and fitted it and it was ready to use in no time. Wonderful service from a lovely chap.

Tom responded quickly to the job and came the same day to do the work, he did a good job and cleaned up after himself, my only negative was that he didn't give an estimate of cost before starting but did tell me what he was going to do so a more knowledgable person may have known what cost to expect. I would recommend Tom and will definitely be using him again for any plumbing work
