We were quite nervous hiring builders we had not had recommended but Terry and Colin were first class. They arrived for initial consultations on time,were keen to listen to our requirements, but also offer suggestions. They turned up every day during the job,as planned, despite temperatures being well-below freezing! Nothing was too much trouble, and they were keen to consult with us, if anything needed ammending, or we were not sure about something. They always left the area tidy and clean,and it was a pleasure to have them on site. They also did several small jobs beyond the brief, including replacing a broken roof tile they had noticed on the house roof.On top of this, we also feel we got good value for our money too. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Terry was effecient throughout all my dealings with him; responding to emails/ calls promptly, providing a quick quote and also undertaking the works in a timely manner. He investigated a damp chimney breast and concluded it was a product of old plasterwork etc (therby saving me from having the chimney replaced which other builders had advised!) Completed the job with excellent plastering and leaving everything tidy and clean. Also provided a 2 year guarantee. A good job.

I wanted a builder who was quick and efficient and I can honestly say that Terry and his colleagues were just that. They turned up when they said they would and if they were going to be delayed (eg. to get materials etc.) they would let me know. They put in a full days work, and beyond some days, in order to get the job finished. They were cheerful and friendly throughout and left the place very tidy each night. I can't comment on the 'after sales service' yet as, up till now, I've had no problems with the work. However I get the impression that, should any problems arise, they would be more than happy to come and put things right. A satisfied customer.

Terry and Colin put new door into extention and bricked up existing doorway plus several other jobs. many thanks lads you were excellent and I was very impressed by how you tidied up behind you at the end of each day. would certainly use you again. j williams

What can i say. Terry and his team were up to the mark. The specification was carried through, no skimping on materials, and they cleaned the driveway every day. Arrived at 8am and left at 5. The floors took 2 wks, which was what was quoted, and that was with the headache of solid clay under the old floors. Well done lads. You deserve more work coming your way.

Terry and his team did a great job in good time. Very proffesional and friendly. Will definitey use again!

I was very pleased with the work Terry Williams did for me. He attended exactly when he said would, did a very neat job, tidied up very well and even mopped the floor. This was the first job that Terry did for me but I gladly recommend him again and use him myself. A. Warman
