    Bed removal/dismantling

    Integrated washer dryer.

    The onegood thing about the service was how quick they booked me in which was next day. He said if the washing machine is installed well already, I will be charged £65 just to fit the integrated door but if they need 2 remove the machine and install again from d scratch, it would be £110. You wonder how much the machine is!! They turned up over an hour late and I got a call from the office which was okay but still turned up later. I was then told a long false story of what would be required to fit just the door of my integrated appliance. The machine had been installed perfectly and all that is needed was to fit the door. I was told they would have to re-Install the machine to create space and boa the bla so it would cost me £110 to fit the door of my integrated appliance!!! I was desperate so I told them to go ahead. I checked on them frequently and my machine was never re-installed. It took less than an hour to fit the door which is not levelled with the other integrated appliances and all the boast about being professional was down the drain. The whole installation was TACKY! In the end, I contested the claim of re-I stalling my machine and he knocked the bill down to £85! The worst £85 spend of my life! I was asking for a quote for flooring and yet another bull story of what will be done for the ridiculous amount he quoted. Too pricey, dishonest and job was not done to expected standard. When u charge high, u should do a good job at least! They may be ok 4 flat packs.

We asked before the service if your washing machine is heavy and how it was installed and we simply explained to you what is the price because your watching machine needed two guys to be removed then cut the opening for the pipes to push it back and then cut the door to be able to close properly which has been done by our team.We gave you a discount even though we were really clear in our quotation from the beginning. You were aware that it could be £110 we never lied about what prices we are offering and even though we had to reinstall the washing machine and charge the amount of £110 we decided to charge you just £85.I am sorry but each of our customers has their own choice and they can decide if our prices are too high for them, no one is obligated to accept our quote.Your service was performed on 30.12.2020and more than 1 week later you decided to write us a negative review.We running late sometimes it happens we cover all of the Great Manchester and Liverpool area but this is why we called you and we asked you if you are okay with us running late or you wish to rebook/cancel.Maybe that's why the previous guys spend more than 2h trying just to connect it without even fitting the door. But wait you are just a person that writes negative reviews about hard-working people because you just want your money back. Just a little advise towards you "don't book a service that you cannot afford".

    Agreed a price and was told he would call me today to arrange a time - to them be told I had been booked in for a time they didn’t suit I explained I should of been asked a time and he said sorry can’t do it till the 29th - now I’m let down - very poor service

    Fit and install blinds

    The service was great- the guys arrived on time, I was called the day before to confirm and had a courtesy call afterwards to check if I was happy. The job itself was spot on and was done quickly and cleanly, would recommend and use again

    Assemble a Kings Size Bed

    Short notice I gave them but not a problem they arrived promptly and were so polite and professional and finished the job brilliantly
