Two lions 11 limited reviews (560)

Dear Jacob, Thank you for your review. We called you all the way through, as you were not there, and we sent images asking what to do before we did anything. We also called with pictures at the end, and you said you were happy. A few weeks after the appointment, you emailed to say you were unsatisfied with the mixed waste left on the side. However, you were the one who instructed the team to put it there. I am sorry to say but our team have done everything you ask for, we even offered you to collect this waste at an additional charge as it was not agreed before hand but you said no and instructed where to be left. As we told you when you emailed us, we have the call recordings and emails showing that we asked and explained everything while the team was there, and we followed your instructions. You responded that you were on holiday, and that's why you gave these instructions, but there is nothing wrong with what our team did. Because they followed your instructions.
