They helped me to clean up my garden and driveway. Also, they helped me to fix kitchen tap and replace outside tap. They gave a very quick response to my request and very easy to communicate. Nikolay and his helper did a great work and provide excellent services with a very good price! They are friendly, professional and efficient. I recently had some work done by Nikolay from Two Lions, which involved a leaking pipe which was hidden within a sealed unit, tiling, and replacing a number of taps. After a very reasonable quote, the team came out and spent the day fixing everything I asked to a very high standard. They helped select appropriate items to be used in my bathroom. Whilst carrying out the work, they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I am extremely happy with the level of work that’s been carried out and would highly recommend them to friends and family. Tap and waste change was done efficiently and went fine but afterwards there was no hot water pressure! The workman sort of inducated that it may happen. Not sure why as I have changed taps in the past without that issue. So they had to be called out again. Charged £150/ for an emergency call out to fix the problem airlock soemehere!!! Overall a poor experienceAnswer from tradesperson:
You have a very poor plumbing system in your house; there were a lot of problems. We explained before we started that you may have an airlock once we are done, and the customer explained that before this never happened, and we explained that he was lucky. However, the customer stopped the water by himself. We have not done it; we went and did our job: changing the tap safely without any leaks. However, the customer called afterwards and said that he had an issue with his hot water, which we already told him that could happen right from the beginning due to the poor system he has. We had to cancel the rest of the schedule for that day to get to him, and that's why he has been charged the emergency price for repairing a problem that our technician does not cost. Unfortunately, poor customer experience sometimes happens, but as always, we have explained everything before starting any work.
