We didn't manage to hire Thomas in the end because our landlord dropped by and sorted things out, but from the get-go we have had a really favourable impression of Thomas. Prompt response time for the first and subsequent messages (this means a day and not 2/3 days, which is awesome), very reassuring, and above all else he really does offer the best price and doesn't seek to take advantage of our ignorance! Highly recommended.
