Thomas was fast to respond to my enquiry, went to diagnose the problem in hand (it turned out to be a broken pump rather than shower) and quickly ordered the new part from the manufacturers. He then organised to fit this directly with my tenants and produced an invoice for payment a few days after work was completed. Not before checking with me that everything was still working well. Thorough and good value. Would recommend
