Spot on, a good price quoted and was completed as expected with no problems or fuss.

Fantastic service from Tommy - couldn't fault him at all. Put the request up and within 5 days he'd been, priced, got the parts and finished! Wouldn't hesitate to use him again and have already recommended him to others!

He fitted a new radiator which included new pipe work from existing system. The work was done to a high standard with the minimum of inconvenience and was very reasonably priced compared to other quotes. I would say that I believe Thomas works to a good schedule and undertakes to complete any job within the time limits he sets himself. He is pleasant, quiet and polite and I have recommended him to other people.

Good service. Thomas was very quick to respond and view the works for an assessment. He provided a good quote and carried out the work efficiently on approval. Even though I couldn't directly speak with Thomas throughout this job, he was clear and concise about his work and how it would be done throughout the whole process via the message system on this website.

I bought a new home with the bathroom down stairs, it was very small. We decided to get a price on moving the bathroom up stairs losing the smaller bedroom out of the three which would give us a good sized family bathroom. We decided on doing this first as it was the biggest job. We got various companies in for quotes which are very reputable companies but with being first time buyers and our first baby on its way the quotes were just too high. I came across a card by the name TSC plumbing services so I gave them a ring, when I called the phone was answered in a polite manor and was clearly spoken When Thomas arrived we discussed the project in hand, i knew exactly what i wanted how i wanted it and were things were going to go, there was no squabble from Thomas nor did he try to change my plans or steer me away from any of the trickier task involved in the job. He was 110% confident in his ability and certainly knew what he was talking about. i wanted job lot and it consisted of remove cast stack and fit new one with extra soil for upstairs, fit a cloak room toilet and basin down stairs and fit full suite upstairs. Thomas is very trustworthy i gave him a set of keys and every time i returned to the house the doors were all fully locked gates were shut and the house was left secure. I would recommend Thomas who is smart, friendly and reliable and most importantly gets the job done right first time, on time and these days that's all that matters.
